Our Journey
Jeep6 began with a vision: to take the robust and iconic Jeep Gladiator and elevate its capabilities to new heights. Our mission is simple yet ambitious – to craft a vehicle that not only tackles the toughest terrains with ease but also maintains the classic integrity and style of the original Jeep design.
The Art of Conversion
In collaboration with Differential Engineering, we pioneered a groundbreaking solution – a custom pass-through differential. This innovative component allows us to channel the drive shaft to the front, while a pass-through shaft enables a second output at the back. The result? A second drive shaft from the back to the rear differential, transforming the Gladiator into a true 6×6 off-road monster.
Engineering Marvel
Our process is a blend of art and science. It starts with a brand-new Jeep Gladiator, the foundation of our transformation. We meticulously scout for a high-quality donor vehicle, focusing on the rear frame section, which is crucial for replicating the forward axle and suspension. The existing differential is then carefully removed and integrated into the new frame section.
